Castings

Unlike other plating facilities, Stutzman Plating Inc specializes in both spin castings and die castings. By applying our expertise and plating process know how, we determine the appropriate casting by considering the needs and specifications of our customers.

Spin casting is generally used for short run smaller size parts. Our spin castings can be cast in either zinc or pewter with up to a 1/4" maximum thickness and a 4" x 12" maximum size.

Die casting on the other hand is used for higher volume production and larger parts. Die-castings can be cast in aluminum or zinc with no size restrictions existing.
